Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature and type of merchandise offered, all sales are Final.

Sales of items are "As Is" - "Where Is" - There are No Exchanges, No Returns and No Refunds.

Warranty Information

Due to the nature of items offered for sale (used, retro, vintage and such)
warranties are not available.

In the rare occasion that a "New" item is available for sale, any Warranty is handled exclusively by the Manufacturer. Consult any enclosed documentation for the Warranty period and process.

2 Old Crows Shipping Policy

How it Works

Depending upon the type of merchandise purchased via our website and store,
the following options apply:

Items Sold as "Local Pickup Only" - must be picked up at the store within the specified time frame, which will be communicated with the final sale receipt.
Items not picked up within the specified time period will be charged a storage fee.

Items Sold as "Shipped" - will be packed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail service, or similar.

We DO NOT offer a delivery service.
We can provide contacts for providers of these services in the local area.
